Q: Can I return it if I don’t like it?
A: Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with any Outlet Stuff item, you may return it, in
re-saleable condition, within 15 days from date of purchase for a refund or replacement. We will credit original payment method less shipping and handling charges.

Q: Can you tell me the actual size, instead of Large, XLarge, etc? Do they run small?
A: Sizes can vary a bit from manufacturer to manufacturer. Our sizing is comparable to items commonly found in high-end stores. Yes, some items are designed to be worn close to the skin and are considered smaller because of how they are designed
to be worn.

Q: Will it shrink when I wash it?
A: We recommend all machine washable items are washed in cold water to control any shrinkage and to retain the integrity of the colors.

Q: Does it come in other colors?
A: Items are available as shown on the Web Site.

Q: Is it really thin/thick fabric?
A: We offer a multitude of various clothing items of exceptional quality. Some current fashion trends are partial to thinner materials and other materials are thicker than average. Our Customer Service Representatives are extremely knowledgeable about the products we offer. If ever you have a question about any aspect of a product we carry, feel free to call or email Customer Service and someone will be more than happy to address your concerns.

Q: Is this merchandise lesser quality? Why is it an Outlet item?
A: No, not at all. Outlet Stuff carries the same quality, officially licensed merchandise offered through all of Burston Marketing, Inc. ecommerce stores. In order to keep our parent programs current, we often change out designs and styles from the previous years catalog. This allows us to sell up-to-date, quality products at an Outlet rate.

Q: How long will it take for me to get it?
A: Orders are processed to ship within 24 hours. Please contact customer service
