This Site operates AS-IS/AS-AVAILABLE without liability of any kind. We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control. In many cases, quantity is extremely limited. Colors and sizes sell out quickly and some items may no longer be available when your order is processed. Items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Inventory is checked and updated periodically during the day. In the unlikely event that an item sells out after you have placed your order, you will be notified by a Customer Service representative.

Outlet Stuff product is updated on a regular basis. As inventory becomes low or sells out, new items of similar quality, color or style may be added to the Site to replace sold-out items, but this is not always the case. Some stock items are discontinued and/or final-run merchandise and may not be replenished or restocked without prior notification.
